I'm supposed to be down sizing anyway. My real interest is in the capstan as mine has a bunch of crap welded to the top of it that I'm not crazy about having to grind off. I should probably by grinding wheels instead

to many jeeps, parts, and accessories to list here, but apparently enough to keep me in trouble with my wife.

LOL, no I know nothing of this rig other than what's been posted here. Last trip to Jeeps in January I was reprimanded for picking in Joe's territory . I'm not really interested in another 2A unless it's something special and like Joe need no more projects (at least I like to think that!). The Capstan is of interest, but the pieces missing to make it work on the front where it belongs are the hard part to find and I'm more of a Ramsey or a Koehing fan. So bid away friends I'm only watching! .

That is one sweet deal. Buy an early 45 and get the hard part to find of the capstan winch for free.    Good for you.

Congrats to whoever was the lucky winner.

Ok... I fess up...it was me. Dave called it early on. It was in my back yard... at least for my rational radius. How can I pass that up? Actually, I only saw pics on my little smart phone and eventually placed a bid as u was literally walking on an airplane. Didn't know I was high bid until I landed.
