    Posted: 26 Nov. 2014 at 7:46pm
I'm currently building a L Head 134 for my "48 Jeep pickup that had a stuck F Head in it. The question: is the throttle bracket that bolts to the rear of the block in a pickup, the same as a CJ2A or CJ3A? I have no parts book that shows it.  The F Head is absolutely different.  I have a 2A assembly and I'm at the point where I need to put it on. You don't want to try and do it in the Jeep. Boy is that a mistake. John

The one on 48 truck is similar  but the arm that the gas pedal attaches to is longer  than the 2A's.

I have one that is and it's not for a F head. I was wondering about it. That helps that you think it is different. Thanks, John

Jim, a picture would be great.  I can compare it to what I have. Definately need to get it on before it is installed in the truck. I have plenty of time to do this though, so don't interupt your holiday, I can wait.  Thanks, John
