I know we just got through this years but it is never to early to start planning for next year.
I would like to know everyone's thoughts on the trails we did this year. I know sections where more difficult then in the past. For the date I would like to keep it around the same weekend if that works for everyone. So I am suggesting June 24th.

I really liked the more difficult sections. It kept the ride interesting and challenging! Actually, I would like more of it if the area provides. Nice work on the trail selections and thanks for organizing it! I look forward to more in the future

We hope to have a run in Maine and VT this year as well as NH. The VT run could be interesting. A few months back i met a nice guy who bought some parts off me, and we have stayed in touch. He has offered his camp for ECWA to use, it is in Windham VT. There is plenty of room to camp. i think he has 60+ acres, it looks sweet, there is a cabin that houses a kitchen on site that he uses to cook meals for events on the land. He has hosted some kid clubs, ATV clubs etc. He has trails on the land and exclusive access to 750 acres that abuts his land, as well as all the old roads VT has. We could wheel the day, and go back for a cooked meal and campfire at his place, and camp there he said, Next day, do a camp breakfast, and explore a half day. He even said we could use the place in the winter.

Just keep it around the same time as last year. See what's best for you to start.

Schedules are so hard, I know mine will be tough with my kid finishing high school this year . But if scheduled enough ahead of time people can do what they can do... the good news is I want at least a couple more runs. I want to go up to Ryan's, and we should get a group to VT to see what's up there, so there will be other runs if you miss one

I am thinking June 17th will be the date. We could do earlier if it works for more people. However I would like to keep it in June.

I want to try and make your run this year Bill. It will be 3 weekends straight for me and the toys. Americade in Lake George the first week of June, going to make Flatties in the Field in New York on the 17, and you the 24th. Should be a great month!
Are you going to post details on the IFFC facebook page as well? I know some of my VT guys don't visit here as often.
