If was a nice day here yesterday so I got Grampa's Jeep out of the garage for the first time in quite a while for a run in to town. It was still pretty nice today so we went out again looking for something to climb. Still too much snow to get up in the mountains, as you can see from the background of these photos, but we did find this dirt pile at my brother in law's house. About a month until Easter Jeep Safari at Moab. I think I may go crazy before then.

What's the elevation and can you break over the mountain?

Well, the dirt pile is about 4500. The mountains in the background are about 9500. I think I could get over the top of the dirt pile with a little of the momentum we've talked about. There are a few rocks piled on the other side that I wouldn't want to hit with speed. Hmm.... maybe tomorrow.
