New copper gasket on head torqued and sealed. Fired up engine .purrs like a kitten. Problem is only at almost full choke. Did a complete carrb rebuild. After watching Scout Pilot videos. Any suggestions to figure this out? Should i do a vacuum test, new intake and exhaust manifold gaskets are in and torqued correctly. Just stumped.

What's it do when almost at full choke? Not sure what the symptom is.

She will run at around 1500 rpm. As i open choke she starts to idle down then will stumble and stall. Could the low, speed still be clogged. Had reset the screw at 1 and 1/2 turns out. Moved it in and out while running with no positive results.

Sounds like a vaccum leak. Did you install base gasket with diffuser and tighten enough to crush the steel spacers? Vacuum port for wipers plugged or hooked up to wipers?

Vac port plugged and removed the copper spacers (as suggested in another post) on the defusser. Will try the trick of spraying carb cleaner around to check for leaks.

Sounds like your throttle shaft is worn out causing a vacuum leak. Contact Scoutpilot to have it bushed with a new shaft.

I took mine apart and put it back together at least 4 times before everything worked right. There are a couple jets and an air bleed that need to be installed properly (I missed one of them). I also bent the metering rod which made it run rich. Sounds like you have the opposite issue. Mightymo has a great rebuild guide for the WO.
