I am getting so anxious for Jeep season to start. I'm starting to go back through last years videos just for a taste. I didn't make it on this Iron Chest run, but it sure looks like it was fun. It's interesting knowing which rigs are stock and which ones are not so that  you can watch the different techniques it takes to get over obstacles. Stock rigs have to be a bit more aggressive to get the momentum to get over.  Lower geared rigs can slow it down and crawl. Cool stuff!
Bye the way, has anyone ever seen Ward in long pants?

Thanks for posting that, Stan, I hadn't seen it yet. Makes me wish I'd been there. I, too, have a terrible case of cabin fever, and look forward to getting on the trails.
  And, yes, I have.LOL  BW
It is NOT a Jeep Willys! It is a Willys jeep.

Happy Trails! Good-bye, Good Luck, and May the Good Lord Take a Likin' to You!

LOL I am just the opposite of you guys the sooner warm weather starts here the sooner I am back to 45-60 hours a week being beat to death in the dump truck and I am down to less then 2 days a week I can work on the Jeep. And this year we are having a new roof put on so I will be getting Nagged pretty good to finish up the front porch and fascia boards as well as finishing the Hardie plank siding upgrade on the second floor.

SO I'm hoping for 6 more weeks of crappy weather as they say.

The bitter irony is that here in Southern Cal.  EVERYDAY is jeep season.... but there are no beautiful trails to drive on.  I'm fortunate to have a few small canyon roads to drive, but that's about it.  All freeways and 8 lane city streets.

Well, St. George Utah is only 6 hours away from LA on I 15. There we have Sand Hollow state park with trails on par with Moab, but more concentrated and less known. Your next 3 day  weekend, get over there (not this weekend, it's supposed to rain). That is the one part of Utah that has warm weather most of the time.

Without pics/vids, it didn't happen.

That said, someday I'd like to get to see some of your country in person. On my bucket list.

You ain't kidding. Winter has lasted way too long.

At least the Jeep will come out before the boat.
