Thx Mark. Lots of hard work, head scratching, copying ideas, and redesigning on the fly went into those bumpers. Someday, hopefully this spring or summer, I'm going to post my complete build. Posting that much stuff is a project in itself!

what size tube did you all use? wall thickness etc.

I used 2"x4" box tubing and 2" square tubing (for the spare tire rack). Thickness was either 3/16" or 1/4", I can't remember for certain. I would certainly use 1/4" thickness, however. I used 3/4" plate for the clevis anchors.
