Great stuff to describe the world renowned Jpet & BamBam from Ramsey!

Sorry, I din't mean to sidetrack the thread with the comment about crocs.
Bruce W's comment about feet reminded me of Fred C's favorite footwear when driving his AgriJeep.

A jingle about crocs
and how they rock
when worn by Fred
a man ahead ...
of the rest of us.

Some of you know that I am the librarian at  our local Jr. Hight school. The English department asked if they could come down and use the library for a "poetry slam," and also asked if I would like to share a poem. It got me looking at some of my old poetry, including the one in the original post on this thread.

There's been a few people come and go here on the forum since I originally posted this poem, which is one of my personal favorites, so I thought I would give this a little nudge incase any new people might enjoy it.

Another  thing that was fun about this thread, was all the others that jumped in with some rhymes of their own.

Rock on and rhyme on!

There was an old man from Nantucket
who built a Jeep out of buckets
of old parts and new, and only a few
were things that made him say "duck it"

If you can't get there in a Jeep you don't need to be there!
