CJ2A/MB panels

Hi there, I have an early 1946 CJ2A, It needs some(?) panels replacing on the bodywork, and I was thinking that there might be a list of the MB panels that are the same as some of the 2A panels. If there is, would one of you good people post it for me? We have to do a little bit of lateral thinking over here in England, and with MB parts being available, it seems that this is one way to solve a problem. thanks in advance,
