I think I read that the biggest tire that will fit, w/ minor rubbing, on a flat fender is a 30x9.5x15. Rolling is one thing stopping is another. It takes longer to stop w/ a bigger and heavier tire/wheel combo and the 9" drums are not known as the best stopping brakes as it is.
Now if you are not going off road and flxin those springs and not making full lock to lock U turns they might just do.
