help T90 Trans. ident

Trying to identify a t90 tranny
the only numbers I can find are on the small side block, off to the side of top opening.
those numbers are stamped into (15 M971),

cast into side of case it has (T90A-1 3 H),

it has the long shaft,
with numbers stamped into side of shaft (T90J 16).

It is a side shift tranny, but the shift forks have been removed for a top loader.
shift levers are intact inside,
but it is missing shift forks and poppet assy between shift levers.

anyone have the parts to restore tranny to original side shift condition.
Thanks for any help identifying model year.
