In the 'other suggestions' department,you might have to take the axle to a machine shop and hav the yoke and shaft separated by use of a press.
Outside of that, you may be limited to the usual: lots of penetrant, some heat here and there, a little tapping and lots of pulling. Be wary of the enormous strain placed on the puller.
