My stepson has 11" brakes on his '47 and it stops great. Much better thatn my '44 GPW w/ the standard brakes. I just picked up a '47 CJ-2A and will convert to 11" brakes. I know they are not as easy to find as they once were. I'm hoping someone will have a source for them and maybe some comments about the ease of installation. gary
