Pulley wobble

I recenlty purchased a restored 47. Within the last few times I drove it, the inside pulley on the lower, front of the engine has come loose and wobbles & screeches. The outside/front pulley powers the belt that turns the fan & generator. Can any tell me what may be the problem with the inside pulley? Do you think it will be a fairly simple fix?
