Please see Questions and Answers for some topics that frequently appear on this board. As you can see, this board loads rather slowly. If you are posting something for sale, please remember to include your location since someone who might otherwise be interested might not be able to use a part or a vehicle that is too far away. Posting your location when you're selling something that needs to be hauled will save everyone's time (and reduce the number of posts on this already too-slow message board). Thanks.

Ken, I posted about the pics in my other reply, but forgot to add the SN, it is 78627.

I will take a photo log of the resto, fortunately this Jeep is going to require very little work, almost as simple as media blasting and straight to paint. I'm very tempted not to do anything to the few imperfections it does have just so everyone can see it how it was when I found it... I'll just have to mull that over for a while. I'm trying to decide how i need to approach it with the paint issue. I know I'll go witht he original harvest Red, but unsure what to do under it right now. I'm thinking I'll use an epoxy primer, or a product like POR15 or Zero Rust just to make sure the jeep stays in the condition it is.

The jeep just looks like you could hop in it and hit the switch and GO...not even one crack in the steering wheel. I've looked at several over the last few years, wanted to buy each and everyone, but I'm glad I waited to find this one...not saying I'm not going after more later ;)

Something about seeing a Jeep being left to rot just hits a guy where it hurts. Humm, "Doug's home for wayward Jeeps"...wonder if I could get some government funding?
