Stuck clutch plate on 46 CJ-2A

Anyone have any "easy" solutions for a stuck (or frozen) clutch plate? The Jeep sat for about 3 weeks and when I went to start it next time, the clutch would not disengage. The clutch pedal activates the pressure plate correctly (I removed the inspection plate at the top of the bell housing and looked). But the clutch disk seems to be stuck to either the flywheel or pressure plate. I've tried starting it in gear, rocking it in gear, etc. Any thoughts to free it up without having to pull the engine or tranny?
