Get a piece of rod or dowell that will just fit into the bearing without binding.
Then put a glob of heavy grease in the bearing hole, insert the rod in on top of the grease and give it a good whack with a hammer.
(you may want to cover it with a rag first.)
The grease will force the bearing up and out if it's not too tight.
