i converted a 48 cj to 12v. now the batt. is not charging. when i replaced the voltage reg., i apparently did not tighten the grd. and fried the fld. wire. so my question is did i toest my volt.reg. and if so could my gen.have suffered the same fate, or would it be different problem entirely? tia, A.Nunez
