Leonard Tiff writes: "Here are some pics of my 2 year frame off restoration.  I replaced the chevy 154 engine with a rebuilt original L head.  I replaced the floor panels, new gas tank, steering column, master cyclinder, wheel cylinders, steering wheel, all steering components, rebuilt transmission and transfer case, new wiring harness, brake lines and fuel lines.  Basicly I rebuilt or replaced all worn parts but still had the original 3 data plates and frame plate intact when I got her.  Surprisingly because I  uncovered 9 layers of paint during the body work phase.  This project cost me a 10 year marriage but it was well worth the time and investment.  I'm much better off and have a beautiful jeep to show for it."
