   My son in law is trying to get a Fed Ex Small Business grant. The business is called 
Innovative Manufacturing and Design LLC

in Salem Oregon. 

They had a rough start getting going after the guy who's business my SIL and his Partner were buying went weird and locked them out of the shop and away from most of their equipment. Despite that and having to go to court to get their stuff returned (still waiting after the judgement) They have been able to complete some really interesting projects including a couple for the US Navy.
