want to replace the tub on my 46 2a. Was hoping to use a new md juan 3a tub. I need the leg room. Question I just purchased a new tiger top will it work with the 3a tub and 2a windshield? Any modifications needed? Thanks in advance for any help.

Should work. The only things different in that area are the windshield frame, which you've got covered, the rear fender boxes and the seat frames. All the rest of the tub is the same. BW
Correction: I think the front bow pockets are in a different location, but with a Tiger top, you won't be using those. BW

That's good stuff to know. I prefer the 2A windshield and it's swing out glass.

They probably told you it would work because I think that top uses the adapter piece across the top of a 2A windshield anyway......therefore it doesn't matter whether you have the 2A windshield or a 3A.
It's not like it's a dedicated 2A top. Same top for both models. |
