I looked around a couple months ago, but could not find what I needed. I ended up modifying a bikini from a later model jeep that I found on craigslist cheap. It was pretty easy to do using a home sewing machine.

What about that person in Ohio that makes custom canvas tops? I used to have their website bookmarked but I can't find it. They were reasonable and had all the original military style canvas and hardware, but also made custom stuff. Maybe someone else will respond with the name of that place. Otherwise, I am sure you have someone local that makes boat covers or custom upholstery that could whip one up.
