I got the dual master cylinder installed today.
I had some paint issues. Had to take it off, strip the paint, repaint and reinstall.
Now to run the last 2 brake lines.

Looks great. Was that a simple bolt on process or was there more modification necessary?

The dual master cylinder is wider than the original. The original mounting bracket needs to be cut off the frame. After that it is just a matter of drilling 4 holes and bolting it on. It’s definitely tightin there with the steering swinging by it.

Jon,

Good to see your back to working on it.  How's the motor coming?
I put mine in over the weekend.  Runs great.
I sealed every stud but I still have a few issues with studs in the water jacket leaking.

Mike,

I have not even started building the engine. Everything is sitting on the bench waiting patiently for me. Hopefully get it done by Christmas.

All the brake lines are now connected.
Just need to get the new rod in for the pedals to ride on.

Not perfect but considering that it’s my first time running brake lines I’m pretty happy with it.

I got the valve train installed.
It was actually a lot of fun putting that together.

Thanks Giles.

More progress on the engine today.
Got a lot of assistance from my buddy Ken. I always appreciate his help. That guy knows his stuff.

We got the crank shaft and pistons in.
I need to get a new crank shaft thrust washer and some shims before we can move forward.
Hopefully not too much delay.
