Anyone have a "fix" for the broken ear connection on the exhaust manifold to exhaust pipe connection for a L134 engine?

I had a professional welder braze the broken ear back on my F head exhaust.  It has held for thirteen years now.

ni rod or nickel welding rod too. You need to sand blast the break clean before you weld. Then check for flatness from warpage. For the time and cost unless you can do it yourself, it may be smarter to find a good used one. The Omix Ada junk is just that---------junk. Thickness is off, and the flapper bushings for the heat riser tend to fall out. You also have to grind the holes to get it to fit the intake manifold. Just say'in.Wink

If it's just the ear broken on the outside end, you may be able to use a bolt and washers if your not picky about the looks.
