To go along with Jeff's drone footage, here's my on board GoPro video of our run along the Kane Creek Canyon Trail. This trail is a little different that most of the Moab trails in that for a long stretch of it it runs along, across, and through Kane Creek. Nothing especially difficult about the stream crossings, but I think they are fun. Go a little too fast and you can get a face full of water.

Once again, on this one, the clips in between the obstacles are in X4 speed. I'm starting to like this method more and more. I can give you a feel of how the whole trail is without taking 3  hours to do it.

Gr8 footage!  I particularly like the drives through the sand where X4 looks like X8 and at the end when we got separated, X4 looks like X12!

I kinda like watching the whole trail video in sped-up mode, too. Slow down to normal speed for the cool obstacles and scenery; makes for great watching.   I like it

How long are most of the trails in terms of mileage, hours, gallons of fuel?

It's kinda like FCT.  Some trails take all day, some a few hours.  Gold Bar Rim, Rusty Nail, Golden Spike, and Poison Spider are all connected so you can do some or all.  Fins & Things is a half day trail.  Hell's Revenge is 6 hours or so.  Can be done in less or more.  I think everything is 5 gallons or less.  There is so much there that I haven't done.

Some have reported that EJS is just too crowded.  I don't feel that way at all.  It doesn't start getting crowded till about Wednesday, but the traffic on the trails moves pretty good IMO.  I like all the people from different parts of the country/world.  I also like the Jeep exhibit and the vendor show.  I can see the aadvantages of going at a different time and having the place to yourself, but the EJS atmosphere is pretty cool to me.

Well done Stan. You are reading rocks like a pro. What's cool is you saw the Indian Pictograph and stopped. I like that stuff too. It pre-dates Jeeps since there wasn't any depicted with a arrow through it----LOL. Thanks for the ride. Oilly

Had time to get another days GoPro video edited down. Same format as the other ones, clips in between obstacles are x4 speed. Thanks to Jeff for the alternate views.

This is our run on parts of Gold Bar Rim and Golden Spike Trails.

Great video Jeff!

Did you flop on the escalator at ~1:40?

Some of those drivers found a new line to get up a hill and gas dribbling out of a CJ tank? Never happened to me. (Very often).

"Flatfendering"--is that a technical term?  Should you say "Flatfendering--it's better than just Jeeping"?
There's a reason it's called Ol' Unreliable

I like getting the stickers from the different rides and runs. I don't like sticking them on my old flaky paint, so I put them on a sheet magnet and stick them on that way.
I finally got my Flat Fender Fun Run 2017 sticker on the magnet last night.
