Hey All,

Been away from the 2A Page a little while and still not entirely settled in a routine yet, but wanted to say Hey from a place that "Officially" does not exist.
We are doing some bad things to really bad people every single day and business is very good!071

I'm amazed every single day from the video I can see and wish I could share.Censored

Keep an eye on the World News and if some "IS" was on the wrong end of air strike it probably came from hereIcon FU

Google this one...40 jihadists killed in north Syria air strikes.

While we are glad to hear from you and hope the good Lord protects you and yours, don't compromise yourself to keep us up to date...

My dad was 'somewhere' when I was young, so I know what it can be like.

I appreciate your service!

to many jeeps, parts, and accessories to list here, but apparently enough to keep me in trouble with my wife.

Having been "Somewhere" during my military service, I can relate. Keep your head down, watch your six, keep your powder dry, and come home safe. Thanks for your service.

My friends father was off "somewhere" during Viet Nam. He never told us where he was or what he did.
He ended up working for the airlines to show them how to avoid airline hijackings.

Coming from three generations of 'combat deployed', keep your head down when you need to, have your mate's back, and give 'em hell!

I don't feel that it's my place to say it, but I will: Make sure you have your family covered if the worst happens. If you can, share your your experiences with your kids when they're old enough. It means more than you could know unless previous generations in your family served as well.

These stories need to be told - I'm shaking as I type this. My grandfather was one of the first recruits into the First Armored Div and served from stateside through at least Anzio, and my father served two tours in Vietnam. I deployed to Kuwait twice. Sharing the experience isn't fun. But it needs to be done.

Our children need to know the price of freedom.

I gotta go

May your aim be true and your grid coords precise!

Thanks everyone!

This will be my 4th in the AOR in my now 37year USAF Career, probably the last one for me. If all goes well as planned I'll hang the uniform in 2020 with 40yrs.

Love my job and the places it has allowed me to experience.

Saudi
Kuwait
Afghanistan
the place that "Officially" does not exist

Nearly every State except Alaska, Germany, Greenland, Greece, France, Panama to name a few in my travels

As has been stated. learn what these vets have to say. I never learned
much from my battle scarred Anzio disabled father and not too much from the old guy across the street that was a cook in the SS. Yeah, he had the ink on his arm. I worried about getting 3 vets up for a camping trip and they had no ill feelings about the past and as long as we handed them beers and fed them, they were happy.
I wish I knew more about an uncle buried on Iwo Jima.
