I plan on locking my stock cap on CHUG. But I am going to drill a 3/8" D hole down through the Fuel pocket top to bottom and then just drop a length of hardened drill rod with thick washer welded to the top. And then have a L shaped tab with a matching hole welded to the top of the Fuel pocket on the inside Then a simple padlock can be used. Even a combo lock if you like to loose keys. Pretty hard to cut through a 3/8" D hardened drill rod with any sort of Bolt cutter and using some sort of abrasive cutter would solve itself when the tank blows up from the sparks. It will keep the meth heads and the a holes out of my tank.
