I finally finished the installation of the Koenig R100J Winch on my CJ2A. (It’s only been about 10 years!!) But it’s done and I made a short video to share with all of you on what it looks like and how it works. Hope you enjoy it. I would be great to hear from anyone that owns this type of winch or if you have questions from the video.

Thanks for posting. That's really cool, I think that's the first time anyone has posted a good video of the r100j. I like how you used cables instead of the floor controller too, now you got me thinking of finding one.

Thanks for the great feedback guys! It was a challenging project for me, but a LOT of fun. I had to buy two winches to get all the RARE parts.
Can't wait to get stuck and test it out.
