I have a half dozen old gens that I don't know how to find out their application or if 6 or 12V.
How do I tell and test them?

OK, I have 4x 6v 1x12 1x 24
One has a broken mounting bracket. The pulleys turn well but not like as new. What are they worth?

As cores around $60 each, the 24V ones are a hard sell. They ship in a large flat rate box from the post office, you can get 2 in one box for $20, just a heads up.
