Hi. I have a little doubt about if the original speedometer cable in CJ2A 1946 came with metal housing or black plastic. Someone knows? Thanks. Walter

My money is on metal. I've worked on stuff from the 60s that still came with metal cable housings.

The originals were metal. The reproductions are black plastic.
