Could I get and e-mail of someone so i can send a picture of my CJ2A to tell me why it won't load on the forum.  It is probably a camera setting thing.  I can e-mail but they won't upload because they are to large as required in the upload settings.,

Thank,

Go here.....  http://www.webresizer.com/

Click on resize photos now and resize it and try it again. I'll bet it works.
Most times their default setting size is 200....try 400 or even 500 and it'll give the right size for the forum. (the 200 setting will work, it's just smaller)

Unless you have a strong reason for using a photo-sharing site, it is better practice to upload your pictures for this forum to your File Manager space that all of us have and let the forum host your photos. You will have to make the file size smaller than 500KB, using the Free Web Photo Resizer or a photo editing program of your own.  Usually you can get the file size down to 50 KB +/- and still get a good image for the forum.  Making the file size as small as you can while keeping the displayed image 600 - 800 pixels wide will give you a good image and allow you to upload many photos to the File Manager.

The reason I advocate using File Manager space for photos on this forum is that they will not go away unless you personally delete them here.  On photo sharing sites, you may be required to buy something from time to time or follow some other rules to keep your photos available.  There are far too many photos on this forum that display nothing or a red x or some other artifact because the member did not do something per the rules of the photo site.  Most of those missing images were hosted at photo sharing sites.

Finally, I am locking this thread so it does not become unwieldy and unusable as some earlier threads have.  jpet, if you need to edit something, let me know!

Also, I have made the thread a sticky so it will be one of the first How-to threads.   Thanks for the great instructions, Jeff.
