I have an older PTO that has a data plate: Anthony Power Take off Anthony Co, Streator Ill. Model 18462 This was in an older willys jeep dealership for many years but I have no idea what application it could have been used for or what it worked with. I have searched on the interweb but have not found anything related. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Anthony made many types of dump truck bodies. So as a guess without seeing a photo, the PTO may have been used to drive a hydraulic pump that powered the hydraulic cylinder on an Anthony dump truck body.
Does the PTO have a rectangular mounting flange with 6 holes in it? Or does it have a roughly circular mounting flange with 5 holes that fits into the rear of a model 18 transfer case? |
