Hello

Someone in the past converted my jeep to a 12v system,
that not the problem but they did a crappy job of lining up
the alternator pulley with crank and water pump pulleys.
Also the alternator pulley is way smaller then the other two,
so I have a belt which is slipping on the higher rpms and
cause my system not to charge correctly.

I'm in the process of cutting of the f-up bracket they
made to fix the alignment problem with the other two
pulleys but need to know what size pulley and belt to
I need to get to match the alternate with the willys
pulleys.

A few days ago a member posted up pictures of his L 134 with a correct pulley for the wider belt on his alternator. He may be able to give you a number for it but if you have a place near that knows their hole from an ass in the ground, they should be able to find the part. I've seen the number listed on other forums but it's been a few years.

ME ME THAT WAS ME  I think it was any way.

Speedway Motors (the countries oldest speed shop) sells Flat Head Ford conversion pulleys for Delco Alternators Just go to their web site and do a search for Alternator pulleys they are in the first 10 to show up. I have been doing business with them for almost 35 years good people good prices and neat stuff.
