Pulled this gem off the parts/reference Jeep.
I did some searching, but can't find any info on this unit. Has anyone seen one of these and maybe have some knowledge on them? I'd love to reuse it on the project. But i have no clue on the wiring and or possible parts source. Any info is much appreciated. |

I found some info on google. They are 6 volt and was used on Mack trucks as well as others in the 50's and 60's. There is also a wiring diagram shown. I used "KD 723 5094 push button turning signal" in the search. Unique find and would look great on your jeep.

Cool. My 3b had push button directional, but i believe they are a kit for a motorcycle I just have 2 little buttons, maybe you could use the bike kit, and retrofit and use the cool buttons u have.

Before you get excited it was a cheap aftermarket unit that didn't cost as much as a good Signal Stat. Unit oh and if you push both buttons it does 4way

Exactly! I have a Signal Stat on the shelf I could easily use. But this thing is unique. I still can't seem to find a wiring diagram. I did open it up and it appears to be in good shape. A shot of lube got the L. R and cancel buttons working fine. It is a very simplistic design. Hope I can get it to work.

I will point out that it was a serious pain in the butt to use being not self cancelling and mounted on the dash you had to remember to reach down and cancel it.
I much prefer the Signal stat 800 with the green lens in the end of the lever |

Next time I am out in the shop I will dig around in the paper work and find the instructions I have for the push button switch and post them.
