Ok, Transmission experts. How do these gears look? I have rebuilt a t90 once before, I really don't want to do it again. Never had a problem with this transmission, just doing a frame off, and checking everything...

well, I waited to speak up but no answer so here’s my amateur answer.
Those gears take a beating and keep on going.
They do look pretty worn, but if everything is working ok, I wouldn’t pull it apart just for those gears.

I would tend to agree with Stan.  The reverse idler looks especially well used, as does the slider, but lots of life left in them.

And two of them actually run!

As stan has said, the 1st/reverse gear will run in just about any condition.  Your 2nd gear looks a bit pitted and will likely soon have a slight whine, but other than that it should work just fine. If you dont think you will mind a future whine, then run it.

to many jeeps, parts, and accessories to list here, but apparently enough to keep me in trouble with my wife.
