Universal Bearing Numbers:

Main bearing: 6207

Small Needle Roller Bearing (qty 1)
BH-2212

Larger Needle Roller Bearing (qty 2)
B-2812

Needle Roller Trust Bearings (qty 2) - ID:  1.75"  OD:  2.5"
NTA-2840

Needle Bearing Thrust Washers - ID:  1.75"  OD:  2.5"
TRA-2840 (1/32" - 2 required)
TRD-2840 (1/8" - 2 required)

My original bearings were Torrington, but they're hard to find now.  However, those numbers seem to be universal.

Advanced Adapters Part Numbers:

Syncro Ring Service Kit (Hub Assy, Syncros, Dogs, Springs):  911317

Seal and Gasket Set: 911349

Thrust Bearing Kit (2 needle roller thrust bearings, 4x thrust washers):  912821

Vendors:

No problem.

Just another FYI, mine had a large snap ring which broke as soon as I put the pliers on it.  They now spec two modern external snap rings in place of the thick one.

I ordered these:
