Looking for a rear PTO flange. Hope Im calling this part by correct name. Slides on spindle and connects to driveshaft
Please let me know if you have one.

What you’re looking for is properly called a companion flange. 

I only know because I’m looking for one myself. if you find an extra, let me know.

I have a couple of the ends that go on the shaft...not sure if that's what you are looking for... I'll post a picture later today.

The companion flange is right of the gearbox. Hope this helps.
