Please see Questions and Answers for some topics that frequently appear on this board. As you can see, this board loads rather slowly. If you are posting something for sale, please remember to include your location since someone who might otherwise be interested might not be able to use a part or a vehicle that is too far away. Posting your location when you're selling something that needs to be hauled will save everyone's time (and reduce the number of posts on this already too-slow message board). Thanks.

: : Just wondering if you know the answer I have a 1945 CJ2A that has been restored I have replaced the carburetor, distributor, coil, spark plugs, fuel pump, ect and it runs like a champ until it gets to operating temp at 180 degrees and it is like I turn off the ignition switch. It sputters and just quits. I have tried and replaced everything I can think of but it will not continue to run after 15-30 minuets of running it just quits! It does not appear to be overheating it stays at 180 degrees. Any suggestions? Thankyou

: do you have steel fuel lines or have you run rubber lines? i once ran rubber lines and had the same problems just a thought WILL

I have had a similar problem that I thru the wallet at to no avail, It turned out to be a blocked or restricted gas line. try blowing the line out backwards to the tank with an air compressor, worked for me. Gary
