Actually, I was always tought that you should replace wheel cylinders like tires, the two on the same axle at the same time. Chances are the new one is going to 'overpower' the one you had to grease up and it will eventually go. It would just be easier to fix it one time, brakes are aggrevating enough as it is....just my opinion.
