Please see Questions and Answers for some topics that frequently appear on this board. As you can see, this board loads rather slowly. If you are posting something for sale, please remember to include your location since someone who might otherwise be interested might not be able to use a part or a vehicle that is too far away. Posting your location when you're selling something that needs to be hauled will save everyone's time (and reduce the number of posts on this already too-slow message board). Thanks.

: I have one of those red "jerry" gas cans--el cheapo--which I had painted OD. Due to condensation, a sever rust problem has taken hold on the inner side of the screw top. And rust & paint chips find their way into the gas can from the rim as well. One other problem with this el cheapo is that I am not able to fill the gas can to the top (only about 1/2)due to evaporation & leakage. JC Whit--is selling jerry cans for about $45.

Go to www.g503.com and go to the message board forum and click on the jerry can section. You'll find one therre. there are a few surplus, outdoor stores that carry some "modern", real military cans that look like the old, wartime german cans. You can always try to pick one up at yard sales.

: Do you guys & gals have suggestions/ alternative products for what I have just described.
