I think that MOST are but am in no postion to advise as to what is not. I think you hit the nail on the head - the cost would probably be much more than you would like. for me, the one thing that would turn me back on the idea is my experiences so far with restorations. FAR TOO MANY pieces and parts that I've bought from various vendors were substandard if not outright junk. Wrong dimensions, flimsy material, missing pieces, holes drilled off center and so forth. I used to 'joke' about the predictability of it all: first you take the new part out of the box. Next, you machine it to fit. Time and again. So much so that I coined my own term for the phenomena : "out of the box failures". And often these were items that came from the top shelf vendors - who themselves must have bought them from some third-world machine shop. I judge from various posts over time that others have had similar experiences. Anyway, not a bitch session but one very good reason that I would not seriously consider going about getting a 2A in this manner. Good luck and welcome!
