You will need: All the internal side shift forks Parts. (only a few) The cover plate to replace the top loader. Yep just unbolt the top loader and toss it. Now the hard part. The intire transmission has to come apart. To put the side forks back the main shaft has to be removed and to do so requires the whole shabang to come out and apart. The side and top froks take the same space and can't be in at the same time. I've seen where some have broken the inner fork off so they did not have to plug the holes. Still the job is simple. Bill
