Be sure you start with a full radiator and don't overheat the engine. The hole in frount of the water pump is the seep hole and if water comes out then water pump needs replaceing. Yup its bad. You are correct that the hole in floor is tha only access to the master cyl. Un-do the top and check fluid. I doubt that adding fluid will be the only needed fix. You are looking at the top and not the side of the cyl. Floors and underside sound normal for a in the woods find. After all if you had floors you would have to sitck you feet out the sides to stop. Fiberglass or steel replacement bodys and parts can be bouht from most vendors. I would not buy from J. C. Whitney. I recomend as I do only buy from Whitney if you know what you are buying and the different quility of items. Gook luck with your Jeep and get back to the board when you return from the show. Bill
