Please see Questions and Answers for some topics that frequently appear on this board. As you can see, this board loads rather slowly. If you are posting something for sale, please remember to include your location since someone who might otherwise be interested might not be able to use a part or a vehicle that is too far away. Posting your location when you're selling something that needs to be hauled will save everyone's time (and reduce the number of posts on this already too-slow message board). Thanks.

james, use eastwood! it is cheaper than por15, uv resistant, and can be thined w/ any thinner for spraying. por15 needs to be used w/ por15 stuff only. my frame and all the small stuff i have painted black is done w/ eastwood. simply wire brush the flake off them metal wash it and degrease. after that paint. i have extra catologs if you want or visit their site and request a catolog. you will not be let down. my entire frame is primered and i ordered the eastwood chassie coat to finish the frame. i use the rust encapsualator to primer everything after a few days of curing it seems bomb proof and looks great. i will send you some pics. call me if you have any questions. i will be out of town this weekend. i am going surfing till monday but call me before friday or after tuesday, 443-616-4432. i have a 1/4 can of brush on red rust encap. if you want it. thay also sell on ebay.
later, good luck
mike g
