I'd rather read it all in one place and then if I wanted to sort it out in my own folder that would be fine. Just make a suggestion or two and be SPECIFIC about what it is and maybe Russ can make some changes to make you happier. Bottomline, more people, more knowledge! Don't leave yet or at the very least check back often to see if things have changed.
