What year the switch is, I have no idea. Small unit, flat chrome handle, rectangular green plastic lens. Has a rubber wheel that acts as a cancelling device. The darn thing is even at the same angle as my Grant steering wheel and actually works well. wires coming out of the unit were: brake light power has to go thru the switch or you're going to get 2 lights flashing at once. I ran a wire from a fuse panel to power the flasher - from the flasher relay to the t/s switch. The power wire from the light bulb goes to the flasher (there is no left and right, just an indicator that the flahers are working) Might I suggest you "breadboard it", ie, take a small sheet of plywood and hook up the whole thing first, get some bulbs and wires and test the wiring and switch, tag all the wires and it will make installation a whole lot easier! Have fun!
