Locking hub removal?

I'm currently disassembling the axles on our '47 '2a for refurb, and I can't get the Warn locking hub off the driver's front hub. Are the bolts reverse-threaded like the lug nuts? I've tried it with an impact in both directions and they're going nowhere. The passenger side came off easy as pie in the standard (counterclockwise) direction.
They're soaking in Gibbs right now, but I wanted to check on the direction before I take the torch to it to heat things up a bit.
