: Is there a cover plate for the PTO shift lever like there is for the transmission and transfer levers? My PTO lever is missing the knob and boot, so I ordered both. I have a feeling I am short a plate, or does the boot just slide under the body?

: Thanks,

I have an original boot and it goes through the cover plate. If you locate an original boot for the pto you have to cut a round hole in the cover plate to mount the boot. Most just us a square generic boot and cover the whole hole up. good day
